Felt Christmas Ornaments by Saidos da Concha.
It's November. It's cold over here. I had my first Christmas candy so why not start thinking about the first Christmas ornaments, especially if you want to make some of your own this year. It think the timing is perfect and that's why I want to share with you this beautiful DIY.
Concha decided to only use a few colors in her decorations, which I think make them really, really pretty and easy on the eye. If you want to see how she has done them, go over here.
Are you a buyer or a maker when it comes to Christmas decorations? Do you feel the Spirit of it already or do you still try soak up the last bit of Fall?
In any case, I hope you have day full of happiness.

Let's move to Happy Doodle Land.
Happy Doodle Land, found on decor8
. . do you want to join?
How cute are these pillows? I can see them in a child's bed as a little guardian for the night. Or on my shelf....
The best thing is that they originate from a print which you should look up in her shop. Just darling.

Is it really Fall yet?
Today I went to get some grocery shopping done and noticed the very first batch of decorative pumpkins in a basket. I admit, I was really tempted. I put the basked in our cart and moved on, only to put it back on its shelf later.
Is it really fall yet?
I can still buy watermelons and blueberries.
But I can also buy the first gingerbread cookies. I am a bit confused today. Especially because it got a lot warmer.
It has not really hit me just yet. I still need more leaves to change colors. The air a bit chillier.
But.
I found this and it blew me away. I really like the choice of fabrics. And it doesn't feel. . . too much.
It's not for free, but worth purchasing it nonetheless. A lot of work has been put into this and that should always be in our minds.
You can find the pattern here.
Oh, and don't forget to check out the portabellopixie blog in general. There are a lot of gems you don't want to miss out on.
Have a lovely weekend.

DIY Clothline - decor for toddler's room.
I just found this fun and somewhat easy DIY over at make it and love it. I guess you could also use paper for it, but the little clothes made out of fabric are just to die for.

Fabric stickers, pillows, wooden owls. Oh, it's going to get cute around here.
Hello, my dear ones!
I hope you had a lovely weekend. What have you been up to these days? Wherever you may live and whatever you may do, I hope it's all done happily.
I got a few things I would like to share today. In no specific order. Just some really fun items here and there.
:: Sofia's wall need a wooden owl. Yes, her wall told me.
:: Birthday to come, another way to decorate.
:: My mom would love this for the kitchen. Oh, yes, she would.
:: I made these tonight and can't stop eating them. Seriously, I am chewing on one right now.
Wishing you a happy new week.

Paper creations by Jurianne Matter.
I just wanted to thank all of you for an amazing week and before I sign off I wanted to share some beautiful images of paper creations by Jurianne Matter.
The heat wave reached Hamburg and I still need to go out and get some grocery shopping done. Wish me luck that my little girl and I won't melt on the way to the store. I have never seen my girl playing so slowly with her beloved cars.
Ok, before my fingers get burned by touching my super hot computer . . .

Garland beauties.
I am simply speechless.
Australian gal, Claire, makes the most beautiful garlands I have come across lately.
She is such a talented and fun girl, and if you hop over to her blog you can tell this girl is not only a great designer, but also has a great eye for photography.
I first saw her on ohdeedoh and by just browsing through some wonderful blogs tonight I happened to find hers as well. That's a sign, I am sure we will hear from her more often.
Happy Tuesday!
